Check www.doaks.org. Visit the walled formal rose garden designed by landscape architect Beatrix Farrand during the 1920’s on a tour led by head gardener Gail Griffin. This property was the site of the Dumbarton Oaks Conference in 1944 that established a framework for the UN.
